As LeoFM integrated seven portfolio companies into a new platform, Kairos brought together legacy HR teams and built a new HR function and operating model from the ground up. We created shared infrastructure across HRIS, benefits, talent, performance, learning and safety, including migrating 600+ employees onto one HR platform. Working with HUB, we consolidated benefit programs and delivered significant savings during a difficult renewal, creating a scalable people foundation for continued M&A and growth.

BUILDING THE PEOPLE PLATFORM POST-CLOSE
Immediately post-close, Kairos embedded with Lanter’s leadership team to stabilize the people agenda and translate the investment thesis into an HR roadmap. We rebuilt the HR operating model, staffed three key HR leadership roles, and modernized talent, benefits, systems and reporting. We also negotiated expanded vendor support, including Lockton leave management and comprehensive ADP services, while building the integration playbook for two add-on acquisitions and reducing HR cost.

While serving as Chief People Officer at IIN, Keith partnered with the CEO and executive team to reshape the organization around a broader product-led growth strategy. We redesigned the operating model and leadership structure to support a multi-product health and wellness platform, strengthening accountability and cross-functional execution. Keith also supported the acquisition and integration of Chopra Global, the company’s first acquisition.
