OUR CORE TEAM
Keith Bohns
Founder
& Owner
With 20 years of experience driving talent strategy, organizational transformation, and talent-to-value creation, Keith Bohns has built and led HR functions in both world-class organizations (Vail Resorts, Jamba Juice, JCPenney) and high-growth private equity backed companies (Equinox Holdings, Blink Fitness, Integrative Nutrition, Leafguard, and Englert).
As Founder of Kairos Blueprint, Keith now advises companies on scaling teams, designing high-impact talent systems, and aligning HR strategy with business value. He thrives in fast-paced environments, partnering with executives to build structures, policies, and cultures that accelerate results. Notably, he played a key role in scaling Blink Fitness from an early-stage concept into a national brand.
A hands-on leader, Keith is both a strategic thought partner and an operator who isn’t afraid to roll up his sleeves. He brings deep expertise and a strong network of resources to help companies navigate transformation and sustainable growth.
When he's not building talent strategies, Keith and his wife are busy wrangling their two high-energy boys. He also enjoys tinkering with classic cars and maintaining his aquarium.
Derek P. Hassler
Consultant & Fractional HR
With six years of experience supporting high-growth and PE-backed organizations, Derek P. Hassler partners with leadership teams to build people systems that scale, perform, and drive enterprise value. He has led People Operations across periods of growth, restructuring, and transition, designing performance management frameworks, strengthening leadership capability, and aligning talent strategy with business objectives.
As an HR Consultant, Derek works closely with founders, executives, and operating partners to develop scalable infrastructure across recruiting, performance, engagement, and learning. He combines strategic rigor with hands-on execution, leading initiatives such as HRIS transformations, performance cycle redesigns, manager enablement, and employee relations frameworks that reduce risk, improve clarity, and support sustainable growth.
A trained scriptwriter and lyricist, Derek brings narrative discipline to organizational change, helping leaders clearly articulate strategy, expectations, and culture during moments that matter. He applies storytelling not as messaging, but as a tool to drive alignment, accountability, and adoption across teams.
Derek helps organizations translate people strategy into measurable outcomes. He thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where clarity, trust, and follow-through directly impact performance and value creation.
